Five days you never had and one day you did
1. Going to a baseball game with my father - Back when I was in school, every year when baseball season starts, all the guys talk about going to see a game with their dads at the Indianapolis Indian's stadium. Mom wasn't a big fan, so she didn't want to go. I went with a few of my friends and their fathers over the years, but it's just not the same.
2. College graduation - Couldn't afford it, and Mom really needed me at home to have a job and help with the bills.
3. Spring Break in Cancun - do I need to explain?
4. Spending the night with that pretty waitress in Seattle. I still have her number somewhere though.
5. A day in which I don't wonder why I'm really alive for. Call me crazy, but I'd like to know my purpose in life, preferably sooner than later.
X. Mom's Funeral. I'd do anything to make that day, or the things leading up to it, from ever happening.
